Political history
ABOUT ME
As a historian and political scientist, I am also a consultant.
I hold a doctorate in contemporary political history from Aix-Marseille University and am a member of the Telemme-CNRS laboratory. My research focuses on the concept of political crisis, new forms of political expression, and political life in general.
Author of a thesis entitled " Crisis and mutation of the political offer in France and Spain: the emergence of movement parties (2008-2021) " My work examines the political crises shared between party systems in France and Spain and the new political forms that have emerged.
They also address political crises, the legacy of political transitions, transnational perspectives, national imaginaries, and the instrumentalization of memory and emotions in contemporary political struggles. I also hold two Master's degrees. The first is in Hispanic societies and cultures, obtained from Aix-Marseille University, and the second in political science and international relations, obtained from the IEP of Aix-en-Provence.
As a teacher-researcher, consultant and lecturer, my research and interventions focus on the challenges and changes that are affecting our contemporary societies.
I am involved in understanding, measuring and taking into account the importance of political risk at the beginning of the 21st century for private actors and institutions.
I am the author of several books on contemporary issues and a general knowledge book dedicated to students in higher education and to preparing for entrance exams to the Grandes Écoles and IEPs.
I have participated in numerous symposia and conferences and am regularly contacted by the French and international press.
I teach at Aix-Marseille University and in business schools: in geopolitics, history and international affairs, on the changes in our contemporary societies.
Having been involved in consulting and training for over ten years, I work in the business world as a consultant in economic and political intelligence, advising elected officials, civil servants, and entrepreneurs. I have also held strategic and operational roles in the media as an editor-in-chief, and worked within public and political institutions in the areas of communication and influence, as well as with elected officials.
I am asked to evaluate scientific articles and am a member of various working groups or scientific editorial boards within specialized journals.
